Booking Policy:

1. PRIVATE SESSIONS (Couples, Family, Solo)

Payment

Full payment is required in advance to confirm the booking.

Cancellation

– Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session: 80% refund
– Cancellations made within 7 days and up to 24 hours before: 50% refund
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund

Weather Policy: If weather conditions do not allow the session to take place, a full refund will be issued.

 

2. WEDDINGS & ELOPEMENTS

Booking & Retainer: A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the date. The remaining balance should be paid by the day of the wedding.
Expenses: Clients are responsible for: Location fees and permits, Travel and accommodation (if required), Meals for the crew during working hours.

Change of Date: The Client must notify any schedule changes as soon as possible. Availability for a new date is not guaranteed.If the new date is available, the booking will be rescheduled.If the service provider is unavailable, All payments will be refunded except the non-refundable retainer and any incurred expenses
Cancellation policy: If the wedding is canceled 3month before the wedding date, the Couple will be entitled to a refund of all monies paid, excluding the non-refundable retainer & out of pocket monies for the non refundable booked vendors & services. If the wedding is canceled after that and up to 24 hours prior to the wedding date, the Couple will be entitled to refund of all monies paid, excluding the non-refundable retainer and a second installment, & out of pocket monies for the non refundable booked vendors & services.

Copyright & Usage: All images and videos remain the property of the Photographer/Videographer. Clients receive high-resolution files for personal use only. Content may not be resold or used commercially without written permission. Credit is required when posting. If the Client prefers privacy, this must be communicated in writing before the event.

Force Majeure: In cases beyond control (extreme weather, road closures, civil disturbances, etc.), the service provider will refund payments made, with no further liability.

3. COMMERCIAL & EVENTS: 

Clients should pay 30% non-refundable retainer to save the date. Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed dates are exclusively reserved and made unavailable to other clients.

Cancellation: Cancellation 7 days or more before the service date may be subject to partial charges. Cancellation less than 7 days before: 100% charge applies. Confirmed bookings are binding due to reserved time and resources.
Non-Execution: If the service provider cannot proceed due to: Lack of coordination, Missing information, Client-side delays, no-show, client cancelation on spot for any reasons, as it’s less than 7days, the service remains fully payable regardless of the services & execution, as the service provider represent a committed allocation of time and resources and blocked calendar date(s) for other clients.

These policies apply to all services, bookings, and packages requested and confirmed by the client, regardless of scope, duration, or type of service, and regardless of the platform, medium, or communication channel through which the booking is made (including but not limited to website, social media, email, or direct messaging).
